SHIPPING OPTIONS

At RosesAndSmiles.com we developed a strategic alliance with UPS that allow us to deliver your roses in 3 days since you place your order in our online store. Our business is based in a farm direct model, so your flowers come directly from our award winning farms in Ecuador to your door. You can track the status of your order with the UPS tracking number that you will receive as soon as the flowers have been shipped. Please refer to the “Why Us” section to better understand the real benefits of this shipping option.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

All major Credit/Debit Cards and payment through PayPal are acceptable methods of payment. Upon authorization, Cashier’s Checks and Wire Transfers may be accepted for registered clients who buy from RosesAndSmiles.com, on a regular basis. Our Terms are payment in full at the moment of purchase, which is also the date of invoice. All goods remain the property of RosesAndSmiles.com, until paid for in full.

All bookings and/or transactions and agreements entered into will cease with immediate effect until such time as any and all outstanding monies are recovered in full. RosesAndSmiles.com, will not ship your goods until full payment has been made.

We reserve the right to seek recovery of any monies remaining unpaid 30 days from the date of invoice/purchase via collection agencies and/or through court. In such circumstances, you shall be liable for any and all additional administrative and/or court costs.

REPLACEMENT & REFUND POLICY

At RosesAndSmiles.com we take care of any inconvenient that you may have with the quality or accuracy of your order. Please contact us immediately to work out the best solution for you.

In order to replace your order with the same (if possible) or a similar product, the following conditions must be met:

  • Your request must be communicated to RosesAndSmiles.com within 48 hours of delivery date specifying the type of problem you had.
  • A clear picture of the product, the box and the shipping label are required to evidence quality issues or any mistakes in your order composition within 2 days of delivery.
  • RosesAndSmiles.com will not guarantee the quality of flowers that were not under the proper care. Please refer to our “Flower Care” section to make sure you proceed properly.

We will replace or refund 100% of your order if the flowers were not shipped because of internal errors of RosesAndSmiles.com. If the roses are delivered late due to our Company processing errors, we also will provide a replacement order or a full refund if desired.

If the delivery address provided by the customer is incorrect or the recipient is not present to receive the flowers, we will not be able to provide a refund. Since in our business we have to face several “mother nature” issues, late arrivals due to earthquakes, storms, hurricanes and other acts of god that slow down our shipping partner, in a case by case analysis, we may provide a replacement.

Since we work with natural and perishable products from time to time and in rare situations due to quality or availability issues, your order may not be available. Under this circumstances we will replace your order for equal or greater value. In this scenario there will not be refunds.

As we said, fresh-cut flowers are natural & perishable products, therefore their sizes and exact colors may vary depending on outside conditions. We try to provide the most accurate pictures and descriptions, but the customer understands that the colors and characteristics of the flowers delivered may differ at a reasonable extent to the pictures displayed on our website. Claims will not be accepted for slight differences on the shade of a flower.

If there is something you need to change you must contact us as at least 5 days prior the scheduled delivery date. RosesAndSmiles.com reserves the right to charge a $10 processing fee in order to change an order. We cannot guarantee on time delivery if changes were made to an existing order less than 5 days prior the scheduled delivery date. No refund or store credit shall be offered if the order has already been shipped.
